The management committee
The Chair is governed by a management committee. This committee's role includes approving the Chair's scientific program and budget. It assesses the Chair's activities with respect to its objectives. The management committee is composed of the following members:
Mrs. Anne-Marie Boisvert, dean of the Faculty of Law;
Mr. Ejan Mackaay, director of the Centre de droit des affaires et du commerce international;
Mr. Stéphane Rousseau, holder of the Chair ;
Mr. Michel Morin, vice-dean for graduate studies and research of the Faculty of Law;
The scientific committee
The scientific committee acts as an advising committee, for the chair with respect to scientific development, and for the management committee with respect to the scientific value of the Chair's projects. The scientific committee is made up of the following members:
